About Resilient Vida
Counselor & Practice Owner
Angelica Tello, Ph.D., LPC-S, NCC
Resilient Vida Counseling & Wellness was created with first-generation individuals in mind.
As a first-gen Latina therapist, I understand the unspoken responsibilities, the pressure to succeed, and the emotional weight that can come with being “the one” your family depends on. These experiences are real, and they deserve space, understanding, and care.
My approach to therapy is:
Culturally responsive
Trauma-informed
Grounded in compassion and collaboration
This is a space where you can:
Speak freely without having to explain your culture
Process the complexity of family dynamics
Prioritize yourself without guilt
